The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Notariat” re regulation of fees for notarial actions

The bill (Reg. No. 3078) aims at refining requirements of existing legislation on notariat regarding minimization expenses of notarial actions receivers and establishment of access to such services for all layers of population.

Committee members believe it is dubious to entitle other experts, including in the sphere of justice to provide receivers of notarial actions with additional services of legal and technical nature that are not connected with notarial actions provided.
